Complete the form below to purchase a $250 coupon and reserve your seat for the class commencing Sept. 16. This constitutes a non-refundable deposit, and the balance of $1,250 will be due before classes commence. The coupon will be sent to you promptly by email, in pdf format. You will enter the coupon code when paying the balance. If the balance is to be paid by purchase order or any means other than a single credit card or check payment, advance arrangements must be made with Nancy Goff by September 2.
